3. Scope

Date of the order

When the order is placed by email, by post, the order must contain the information necessary to process it in good conditions.
In all cases, the identification of the Client allowing the registration of the order must contain at least the following information:
- The Customer must identify either with its Customer number, or by mentioning all the information usually required for online registration (full address).

Product Availability

AEIL does not send order confirmation by postal mail or fax.


5. Cancellation Order – Return of Products

Before shipping by AEIL or before receipt by the Customer, AEIL offers to its Customers the opportunity to cancel their orders at any time. This capability extends the legal conditions of cancellation required by law after receipt by the Client. Several cases:
- The order has not been dispatched: the cancellation is then immediately taken into account by AEIL. - Discount Cases

Refused or returned order:

Shipping Times
